Das AVENUE bietet mit einer variabel unterteilbaren Fläche von etwa 850m² und seiner Kapazität von 50 bis 800 Gästen, vielfältige Optionen für die unterschiedlichsten Anforderungen an eine Event-Location.
Aufgeteilt in zwei Bereiche, dem MainFloor und einem weiteren Clubraum, die sowohl gemeinsam, als auch unabhängig voneinander genutzt werden können, überzeugt das AVENUE mit seiner hohen Flexibilität. Der Main-Floor ist mit einer Tanzfläche, zwei modernen Bars, einer VIP-Area mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowie einer separaten zugänglichen Raucherlounge ausgestattet.
Einige Elemente der Einrichtung sind modular und frei beweglich, so können Lounge-Bereiche auch in Bühnen oder Catering-Flächen umgebaut werden. Eine moderne Lichtanlage von ROOMDIVISION sowie das Soundsystem von VOID betonen den hohen Standard der technischen Ausstattung.
Der zweite Clubraum ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet. Eine separate Bar und ein DJ-Pult mit dazugehörigem Soundsystem, ermöglichen eine variable Nutzung.

The AVENUE is home to 850 square metres of space which can host anywhere from 50 to 900 people. This offers a broad range of event possibilities to meet the demands of a diverse array of hosts. Split into two areas; the Main-Floor and a Club Space, the AVENUE's two areas offer the flexibility to be used together or independent of one another. The Main-Floor is equipped with a dance floor, two modern bars, a VIP area with various seating options, as well as a separate accessible smoker's lounge. Some interior elements are modular and may be moved about freely, so that lounge areas can be altered to suit events ranging from stages for concerts to standing room catering space. The modern lighbng system compliments of ROOMDIVISION, as well as the sound system compliments of VOID, are exemplary of AVENUE's high standard for technical equipment. The second Club Room is also fully outfitted. A separate bar and DJ area with integrated sound system allow for further diverse event ideas and options.
