Our signature steamed bao have earned us nine consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand awards—quite the journey from when we first opened our doors. The Classic Bao remains our most requested: braised pork nestled in a pillowy bun with peanut powder, fermented greens, and fresh coriander. The Confit Pork Bao runs a close second, though regulars often debate which reigns supreme over shared plates of Taiwanese Fried Chicken drizzled with our house hot sauce.
