We've kept the original character of this Hackney warehouse - the exposed brickwork tells stories of East London's industrial past, while those 4.5-meter high ceilings give everyone room to breathe and think big. Natural light pours through our industrial windows and skylights during the day, but when you need complete darkness for that perfect shot or screening, our electronic blinds transform the space in seconds. We've seen photographers capture everything from fashion editorials to product launches here, and filmmakers love how the neutral backdrop of white walls and metal beams adapts to any vision. Our underfloor heating keeps things comfortable year-round (no more shivering models or guests), and the inbuilt PA system means your playlist or presentations sound crisp throughout the space.
