About Gaucho Manchester
The original church organ towers above our main dining room at Gaucho Manchester, where we've transformed this former Deansgate church into something quite special. Our split-level space works brilliantly for parties - the main floor buzzes with energy while the mezzanine gallery offers a more intimate vantage point overlooking the action below. We've kept the best parts of the church architecture, including those dramatic vaulted ceilings that give any celebration a sense of occasion. The open kitchen adds theatre to the evening, and our bartenders craft cocktails in what used to be the vestry. For parties needing their own space, we have two private dining areas - the smaller seats 10 comfortably, while the larger accommodates up to 40 guests. Our Argentinian heritage means proper Black-Angus steaks from farms we know personally, though we're equally proud of our seafood and plant-based dishes. Party planners often book us for our Ultimate Sunday Roasts, and BYOB Mondays have become something of a Manchester tradition. The acoustics, thanks to the church design, create perfect conditions for DJ-hosted brunches that get properly lively without becoming overwhelming. Dogs are welcome if they're on leads and well-behaved - we've hosted plenty of celebrations where the birthday person's four-legged friend joined the party.
