We're right here at 410-412 8th Avenue in Manhattan, practically on top of Penn Station, which makes getting here a breeze whether your guests are coming from Jersey or Queens. The room holds 94 people comfortably, though we've noticed most groups prefer keeping it around 60-70 for workshops and meetings so everyone has breathing room. Our sound system fills the space without overwhelming conversation, and the projector throws a clear image whether you're presenting quarterly reports or screening a birthday video montage. We keep things flexible with hourly rates between $50 and $150, depending on when you need the space and what you're planning. Plenty of our regulars book us weekly for their yoga classes or monthly team meetings—just let us know what works for your schedule.
