Our private hire takes over the entire venue, giving you exclusive use of both our main floor and roof garden. The space holds up to 100 guests for drinks and mingling, or we can arrange tables for 50 if you prefer seated dining. Wooden tables pair with upholstered chairs throughout, while natural light pours through our large windows during daytime events. Come evening, the soft lighting transforms the atmosphere as our bartenders craft coffee cocktails alongside your favourite classics. The open kitchen becomes part of your celebration, with our chefs preparing everything from grazing platters to three-course dinners right before your eyes. We adapt every menu for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free requirements, ensuring everyone enjoys the feast. Your guests often end up chatting with our roasters about bean origins or watching the roasting process in action, turning what could be background noise into fascinating conversation. Our Chichester location puts you right in the city centre, with easy access from the train station and nearby car parks. The flexibility of our layout means we can configure the space exactly as you need, whether that's one long banquet table, cocktail-style standing areas, or separate zones for dining and dancing. Private hire comes with no venue fee, just a pre-paid minimum spend based on your group size and requirements.
