We've kept the original bank vault intact, complete with those impressive thick walls that turn every conversation into an intimate exchange between your closest friends or colleagues. White subway tiles line the walls, reflecting the warm lighting we've carefully positioned to make everyone look their best at dinner. The circular mirror catches glimpses of animated conversations and clinking glasses, while our minimalist artwork provides just enough visual interest without stealing attention from your gathering. We've furnished the space with patterned chairs that encourage guests to settle in for long, leisurely meals. Ten guests fit comfortably around our dining table, though we can accommodate up to twelve for those times when you simply must include everyone. The vault's natural acoustics mean you won't strain to hear the person at the far end of the table, yet your celebration remains completely private from the main restaurant. Our Michelin-starred chef Robert Ortiz creates bespoke menus for private dining, whether you're after a parade of ceviches and tiraditos or prefer heartier Peruvian dishes. The pisco collection from our main bar travels well into the vault, and our bartenders are happy to mix rounds of sours between courses.
