We've transformed the first floor of our building into the Flint & Clay room, a multilevel space that catches the morning sun through its large windows and fills with natural light throughout the day. The room comfortably holds 100 people standing for drinks receptions, or we can arrange seating for 50 guests theatre-style, with banquet layouts for 35 when you need round tables for networking or celebrations. Local Brighton artists' work covers the walls, pieces we rotate twice yearly to keep the space feeling fresh and connected to our creative community. The soft lighting creates just the right atmosphere whether you're hosting a product launch at 7pm or a Saturday workshop at noon. Our Sonos speaker system fills the space perfectly, while the smart TV and projector handle presentations smoothly, all connected through our full AV setup that actually works when you need it. The multilevel design gives you natural flow for different event formats. Guests often use the upper level for presentations while the lower area becomes a natural mingling space during breaks, or you can open up both levels for larger gatherings. Our high-speed internet handles multiple devices without dropping out, essential when half your guests are live-tweeting your event. Being 30 seconds from Brighton station means your guests arrive relaxed rather than stressed about parking. Our building uses organic materials and sustainable design throughout, creating spaces that feel good to spend time in.
