The marble-topped bar catches everyone's eye first, running the length of our cedar-and-oak lodge while reflecting light from the soaring double-height ceiling above. Amber Lodge transforms throughout the day as sunlight pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, casting patterns across oak flooring and illuminating panoramic views of our fishing lakes. We built this Scandinavian-inspired space to work beautifully for celebrations of all sizes. The open-plan design seats 120 for formal dining, extends to 250 for standing receptions, and with marquees on the lawn, we've hosted parties of 500. The wraparound terrace flows seamlessly from inside, where guests naturally drift between the bar and waterside views. Our private pier stretches over the lake, creating an atmospheric spot for evening drinks as the sun sets behind the water. The surrounding lawns have seen everything from dragon boat racing to ferris wheels, while inside, the warm wood finishes and carefully chosen furnishings create an atmosphere that's both sophisticated and relaxed. Natural light defines the space during daytime events, while evenings take on a different character entirely, with the lake reflecting lights from the lodge. Corporate celebrations, milestone birthdays, and wedding receptions all find their rhythm here. We provide the canvas, you bring your vision, whether that's your preferred caterers, entertainment choices, or creative layouts. The venue includes climate control throughout, reliable Wi-Fi extending to the pier, and ample parking for larger gatherings. Despite the sense of seclusion across our 120 acres, Sunnymeads and Wraysbury stations connect you to central London in 45 minutes. Heathrow sits even closer for international guests.
