We've designed this room to make the most of our industrial heritage, with exposed brick walls and warm wooden floors creating an atmosphere that feels both polished and relaxed. Up to 80 guests can move freely through the open-plan layout, discovering different corners to chat between the gleaming Giesen Roaster and our carefully chosen furniture. The beauty of hosting your event here lies in the unexpected details. Natural light pours through large windows during daytime gatherings, while evenings transform the space with ambient lighting that plays off the copper and steel of our roasting equipment. When the sun's out, your party naturally flows onto our vine-covered terrace, a proper suntrap that gives everyone extra room to breathe. Our kitchen team builds menus around your specific event, whether that's platters of small bites that guests can grab between conversations or a proper sit-down meal for 40. We handle vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free requirements as standard, making sure everyone's properly looked after. The bar runs from our signature coffee cocktails, where espresso meets spirits in surprising ways, through to carefully selected local beers and wines. Your four-legged guests are just as welcome as the two-legged variety, making us one of the few party venues in Lewes where dogs can join in. We operate on a pre-paid minimum spend rather than charging venue hire fees, so you're only paying for what your guests actually consume. Our events team works through every detail with you beforehand, from timing the roasting schedule around your event to arranging the perfect bar setup for your crowd.
