Our American Pool Area transforms a regular night out into something more memorable, with pool cues chalking up beside exposed brick walls covered in bold graffiti art. The space sits on Leeds' busy Headrow, right above the central train station, making those after-work gatherings surprisingly easy to organize. Several professional-grade pool tables anchor the room, each one maintained to tournament standards with fresh felt and balanced cues. Groups of up to 30 spread naturally between the tables, some lining up shots while others perch on the high stools that ring the walls, drinks within reach as they watch friends attempt that tricky corner pocket. The industrial ceiling exposes original pipework and beams, while strategic lighting creates distinct zones around each table, bright enough to play but dim enough to feel relaxed. We've installed a PA system that handles everything from background beats to party playlists, with volume controls that adjust as games get more competitive. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable even when the room fills up and games heat up. Our bar team delivers rounds directly to the area, from craft beers to cocktails mixed with house-made syrups, plus soft drinks for designated drivers. The kitchen sends over sharing platters designed for one-handed eating between shots: loaded nachos, chicken wings with multiple sauce options, and sliders that disappear quickly during tournaments. Birthday groups often book the space for two-hour sessions, mixing pool games with pizza breaks. The whole area stays wheelchair accessible, with wide lanes between tables and level flooring throughout. Paid parking operates nearby for those driving in, though most groups find the train station location below us more convenient.
