Every December, we transform Amber Lodge into an Alpine wonderland, complete with twinkling lights reflecting off the water and festive garlands draping our vaulted wooden ceilings. The Lakeside Christmas experience brings together 120 acres of countryside magic with the warmth of a traditional lodge celebration, creating something genuinely special for your festive gathering. Our floor-to-ceiling windows frame the winter lakes beautifully, while inside, a grand chandelier casts a warm glow over your festivities. We've designed the space to work brilliantly for different party styles, whether you're planning drinks and dancing for up to 500 colleagues or an intimate seated dinner for 120 of your closest friends and family. The Alpine Lodge transformation includes all the festive decorations you'd expect, plus a professional DJ and disco setup to keep the party atmosphere going well into the night. Your celebration kicks off with mulled wine on arrival, perhaps enjoyed on our private pier if the weather's crisp and clear. We serve savoury canapés as your guests mingle, followed by bowl food that lets everyone eat while they chat and enjoy the lakeside views. Dessert canapés and a half-bottle of wine per person round out the festive feast, all prepared by our approved caterers who know exactly how to make the most of our kitchen facilities. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Sunnymeads and Wraysbury stations close by and central London just 45 minutes away. We've got plenty of free parking, full accessibility throughout the venue, and those spectacular outdoor spaces that make winter celebrations feel extra special when guests step outside for fresh air between dances.
