Rich teal walls and warm lighting set the tone for the Festival Suite , where we've hosted everything from wedding ceremonies to corporate presentations. This ground-floor space accommodates up to 40 guests and sits just off our main reception, making arrivals effortless for everyone. The room's wooden flooring and elegant wall sconces create an atmosphere that works equally well for formal dining or relaxed celebrations. We regularly reconfigure the space to match your needs, whether that's 24 around a boardroom table for focused discussions, theatre-style rows for 40 guests, or banquet tables dressed in crisp white linens for special occasions. The long dining setup you might have seen in photos shows just one possibility, complete with fresh flowers and properly set places. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, while our WiFi handles whatever connectivity demands you throw at it. The projector and PA system are ready when you need them, and yes, we're licensed for wedding ceremonies if that's what brings you here. Our bar service runs until 2am when required, and you're welcome to work with external caterers if you prefer. Being on the ground floor means no stairs or lifts to navigate, and the Festival Suite connects easily to our bar and restaurant areas when you want to give guests space to mingle. Free parking takes the stress out of arrival, and we're well-connected to Birmingham's transport network for those travelling by train or bus.
