The Clive Emson Exhibition Hall transforms from empty canvas to grand celebration space with remarkable ease. We've draped the entire 1,700 square metre hall in flowing white fabric, creating an atmosphere that feels both spacious and intimate, no matter if you're hosting 100 or 1,000 guests. Round tables dressed in crisp white linens fill the space when configured for banquets, comfortably seating 900 for dinner or 1,000 in cabaret style. For conferences and presentations, theatre seating accommodates 1,000 delegates, while cocktail receptions can welcome up to 1,700 standing guests. The soft ambient lighting throughout the ceiling adds warmth to evening events and complements the natural light during daytime gatherings. Our commercial kitchen connects directly to the hall, allowing our catering teams to serve hot meals to 1,000 guests without delay. You're welcome to bring external caterers if preferred, and we operate with a BYO policy for drinks, with our alcohol licence running until 11pm. The built-in PA system and projectors handle everything from wedding speeches to corporate presentations, with underfloor cabling keeping technical setups clean and professional. Ground-level access means no stairs for guests or suppliers, with parking right outside the doors making load-in straightforward for exhibition stands, staging, or decorations. We've installed a platform lift connecting to our additional meeting rooms upstairs, ensuring full accessibility throughout. The hall opens directly onto our other event spaces, allowing you to create breakout areas or separate zones within your event.
