Our rustic Chapel Pavilion sits beside the Old Chapel, where wooden beams frame an outdoor space that brings together 40 standing guests or seats 36 comfortably around our wooden tables. We've strung fairy lights overhead that catch the evening light beautifully, creating that warm glow your celebration deserves. The built-in bar runs along one side, stocked and ready for your event. Our team sets each table with care, laying out elegant place settings while soft plaid blankets rest on the benches for when the Cotswolds breeze picks up. Those outdoor patio heaters keep everyone comfortable as conversations flow into the evening. During daylight hours, natural light fills the pavilion through its open sides. When darkness falls, the fairy lights transform the space into something rather magical. We've installed a PA system so you can play your chosen music throughout your event, setting exactly the right mood. Our kitchen works with you on menus that suit every guest. We regularly prepare halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options, ensuring everyone at your celebration feels included. The bar serves everything from local ales to carefully chosen wines and spirits. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're right next to Cheltenham Racecourse on 90 acres of countryside, with free parking for all your guests. The pavilion has full wheelchair access and we've reserved parking spaces close by for anyone who needs them. Many guests choose to stay overnight in our 61 rooms, making the most of their celebration without worrying about the journey home.
