We've set this room up for eight people in boardroom configuration, which we find works perfectly for team meetings, client presentations, or strategy sessions. The large wall-mounted screen connects easily to your devices for presentations, and we've included both a flipchart and whiteboard because sometimes the best ideas still happen with a marker in hand. The conference phone sits ready for bringing remote colleagues into the conversation. What makes this space work so well is its simplicity. Without windows, you won't have distractions from outside, making it easier to concentrate on the matters at hand. The minimalist design means nothing competes for attention except your agenda. We've kept the décor professional but added that architectural feature wall to give the room its own character. Getting here couldn't be easier. Bracknell station is a five-minute walk away with regular trains to London Waterloo, and if you're driving, the M4, M3 and M25 are all nearby. Our location in this 22-acre business park means parking is straightforward too. Between meetings, you can grab coffee from our on-site café or use the business lounge for catching up on emails. Many of our regular users appreciate having the lakeside grounds for a quick walk to clear their heads between sessions.
