Our Village Seminar Room works particularly well when you need everyone around the table to contribute equally. The oval table seats up to 15 people comfortably, though we find groups of 8 work best for boardroom-style discussions where everyone needs to see each other clearly. The room gets plenty of natural light through the large windows, which makes a real difference during longer sessions. We've positioned the table to make the most of this daylight while avoiding glare on the TV screen when you're presenting. The blue chairs might look simple, but previous groups tell us they stay comfortable even during all-day meetings. For your presentations, we have a wall-mounted TV that connects easily to laptops and PCs. The whiteboard runs along one wall, giving you space to map out ideas, and we keep a flipchart ready if you prefer working on paper. The artwork on the walls adds just enough visual interest without becoming distracting, something our regular corporate clients particularly appreciate. You'll find us just off Junction 9 of the M60, with the Village tram stop only two minutes' walk away. This puts you within easy reach of Manchester City Centre, MediaCityUK and the Trafford Centre without the usual parking headaches. Our free car park has plenty of spaces, and the Wi-Fi works reliably throughout the building. We include refreshments as standard, and our team can arrange anything from coffee and biscuits to full lunch spreads through our regular caterers. The room layout stays flexible too, though most groups stick with the boardroom setup for interviews, strategy sessions and small team meetings. Between sessions, the historical displays in our corridors give people something interesting to explore during breaks.
