The Meadows is our smallest meeting room, designed specifically for those conversations that matter most. At 12 square metres, we've created an intimate space where up to six people can gather around our sleek boardroom table for focused discussions, interviews, or team catch-ups. We've mounted a large screen on the wall, making it simple to share presentations or connect with remote colleagues during your meetings. The room's soft, muted wall tones create a calm environment that helps everyone stay focused, while our contemporary lighting adds just the right amount of warmth to keep the atmosphere professional yet relaxed. Natural light streams through the windows throughout the day, and we've added a few carefully chosen plants and minimalist artwork to bring life to the space without creating distractions. It's these small touches that our members tell us make their meetings feel more comfortable and productive. Our venue sits in Edinburgh's West End, and you'll find us easily, just a 10-minute walk from Haymarket train station. If you're driving, we have eight parking spaces available for our guests. The building itself combines classic Edinburgh architecture with modern workspace design, creating an environment that feels both established and forward-thinking. Beyond The Meadows, you'll have access to our small café for pre-meeting coffees or post-discussion debriefs, and our various breakout areas offer additional space for those informal conversations that often happen before or after scheduled meetings.
