The Park Avenue room greets you with French doors that flood the space with natural light and open directly onto a private courtyard. This ground-floor meeting room in our 19th-century Bath stone manor combines the character of the original building with everything you need for productive sessions. We've arranged the room to accommodate different meeting styles, from intimate boardroom discussions for 21 people to theatre-style presentations for up to 84 delegates. The U-shaped setup works particularly well here, seating 32 comfortably while keeping everyone engaged in the conversation. For training days, the classroom layout fits 24, or we can arrange cabaret-style seating for 45 when you need smaller working groups within the session. Your own private entrance means delegates can come and go without disturbing other meetings, and the private bar serves coffee breaks and refreshments throughout the day. When minds need clearing, those French doors lead straight out to the courtyard where people can stretch their legs and chat informally between sessions. The room maintains a comfortable temperature year-round with our climate control system, while high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. We've chosen neutral décor with subtle patterned carpeting and modern lighting that creates a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, letting your content take centre stage rather than competing with the surroundings. During longer meetings, the courtyard access proves invaluable. We regularly see groups taking their coffee breaks outside when weather permits, and some even move brainstorming sessions into the fresh air.
