Our Executive Terrace combines the practicality of a modern meeting room with the character only a historic building can provide. Step through the door and you'll find yourself in a space where high-backed leather chairs circle a substantial boardroom table, while natural light pours through the large bay windows that overlook the city. We've designed this room to work hard for your meetings. The mounted flat-screen TV connects seamlessly to your devices for presentations, while flipcharts stand ready for those moments when ideas need to flow freely. Everything's already in place when you arrive - notepads, pens, water - so you can get straight to business. The neutral décor keeps distractions to a minimum, letting your agenda take centre stage. What makes the Executive Terrace particularly useful is its flexibility. We can arrange the room for 16 people around the boardroom table, set it classroom-style for training sessions, or open it up to accommodate 24 for presentations or standing receptions. The U-shaped configuration works brilliantly for workshops where interaction matters. Adjacent to the main room, you'll find a comfortable lounge area where conversations can continue during breaks or where early arrivals can gather with coffee. The Grade II listed architecture adds something intangible to your meetings. Those period features and marble details throughout our venue create an atmosphere that modern spaces struggle to replicate. Yet we've equipped the room with all the technical capabilities you'd expect - reliable Wi-Fi, projection facilities, and proper acoustics.
