Our team has created The Swirl with focused business meetings in mind, where six people can gather around the sleek white table for productive sessions. This compact meeting room works perfectly for board meetings, client presentations, or team strategy sessions where concentration is key. The room centres on a modern rectangular table with comfortable black chairs, giving everyone equal voice in discussions. We've positioned a flip chart within easy reach for those moments when ideas need visual mapping, and mounted a large clock on the wall so you can keep track of time without checking phones. A conference telephone sits ready on the table for bringing remote colleagues into the conversation. While The Swirl doesn't have windows, we've designed the lighting to keep energy levels high throughout your meeting. The bright, neutral walls create a clean backdrop that helps maintain focus on the task at hand. Everything here serves a purpose, from the professional furnishings to the thoughtful layout that encourages collaboration. You'll find The Swirl on one of our three floors at 116 Quayside, where the River Tyne flows past our glass-fronted building. Between meetings, your team can refresh in our business lounge or breakout areas with coffee in hand. Our support team remains available throughout business hours to assist with any technical needs or meeting requirements.
