We've watched countless presentations come to life in this ground floor meeting room, which handles everything from intimate board meetings to full-scale conferences. Natural light streams through the windows, keeping delegates alert during those crucial afternoon sessions, while our dimmable lighting system lets you adjust the atmosphere for presentations. The air conditioning runs quietly in the background, maintaining that perfect temperature where nobody's reaching for their jacket or fanning themselves with papers. Our technical setup centres around a Crestron control system that actually makes sense to use. The data projector connects seamlessly to laptops, tablets, whatever you bring, and the built-in PA system offers lapel, handheld and over-ear microphone options. We've installed induction loops throughout for hearing-impaired delegates, and the whole space is wheelchair accessible. Depending on your needs, we configure the room several ways: theatre style seats 110, perfect for keynote presentations; cabaret layout accommodates 50 for workshop sessions; boardroom setup fits 32 around the table; classroom arrangement works for 60 with writing space; and U-shape suits 24 for interactive discussions. Between sessions, delegates spill out into the adjacent break-out area where unlimited tea, coffee and refreshments wait. The display rails along the walls hold posters and notices, while flipcharts and whiteboards support brainstorming sessions. We keep stationery stocked and ready. For larger events, we open the partition to merge with the Avon room next door, creating our Convention Room that seats 200 theatre-style.
