Our Surrey Suite transforms from intimate boardroom to grand conference space at the touch of a button, with soundproof partitions that divide the room into three separate areas or open up to create one impressive venue. The deep-toned walls and plush carpeting create a professional atmosphere where your team can focus, while carefully chosen artwork adds character without distraction. We've designed this space to work harder for your meetings. The flexible layout accommodates 200 delegates theatre-style, scales down to 50 for classroom setups, or creates the perfect boardroom for 20. Our cabaret arrangement seats 104 comfortably, while banquet style welcomes 120 guests. Each configuration benefits from our built-in audio-visual system, complete with screens and presentation equipment that actually work when you need them. The private bar and lounge area becomes a natural gathering point during breaks, separate from the main meeting space so conversations can flow without disrupting those still working. Natural light streams through the windows, though we've installed full blackout options for when your presentations demand complete control over lighting. At 2.3 metres, the ceiling height keeps the space feeling open even when we're at full capacity.
