Our Concourses stretch across 3,500 square metres beneath the stands, creating Bristol's most adaptable large-scale meeting space. This U-shaped area connects three stadium stands, giving you room for 1,900 standing guests, 1,400 in theatre-style seating, or 1,200 for banquet dining. When you book this space, you're working with more than just concrete and steel. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, while the four-metre-high ceilings prevent that boxed-in feeling common in conference centres. We've built LED screens directly into the walls, positioned power sockets throughout the floor space, and installed three-phase power supply points for exhibitions and technical presentations. The layout works particularly well for events needing multiple zones. We regularly set up dedicated networking areas alongside the main conference space, with café sections where delegates naturally gather during breaks. The concession stands stay operational for your events, and with toilet facilities distributed across the concourse, queues rarely form even during peak breaks. Ground floor access makes load-in straightforward, with multiple entry points for exhibition materials or staging equipment. Every entrance meets accessibility standards, with wheelchair access and accessible toilets positioned throughout. The on-site parking removes arrival stress for your attendees, particularly useful for early morning conferences or evening presentations. The in-house catering team adapts menus to your requirements, including vegan and gluten-free options prepared in our commercial kitchens.
