The Royal Mile brings together everything you need for focused discussions in our Edinburgh workspace. This room works brilliantly for board meetings and workshops, with space for up to 10 people around our maroon conference table. The floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light throughout the day, and you'll catch glimpses of Edinburgh's West End through the glass while you work. We've set up the room with a projector and screen for presentations, plus whiteboards for brainstorming sessions. The conference phone sits ready for bringing remote colleagues into the conversation. Contemporary pendant lights hang above the table, creating the right atmosphere whether you're running morning strategy sessions or afternoon client meetings. We've added plants throughout the space, which our members tell us helps create a more relaxed environment for productive discussions. The boardroom layout gives everyone a clear view of both the screen and each other, making it particularly effective for decision-making meetings and collaborative workshops. The comfortable chairs mean your team stays focused even during longer sessions, and the 25 square metres gives you enough room to move around during interactive workshops without feeling cramped. You'll find us in Edinburgh's West End, just a 10-minute walk from Haymarket train station. We've got eight parking spaces available if anyone's driving in. The room sits within our three-floor workspace, so you've got access to our small café for coffee breaks and various breakout areas when you need a change of scene between sessions. Our team handles all the practical details, from setting up the tech to making sure the whiteboards are stocked with markers.
