At our venue, the Eureka room has become one of our most requested spaces for good reason. Walk through the door and you'll immediately notice how the natural light transforms what could be just another meeting room into something that actually energises your team. Those large windows overlooking the city centre do more than brighten the space, they keep everyone alert during those afternoon sessions when energy typically dips. We've configured Eureka to handle groups from 28 in boardroom style right up to 60 theatre-style, with plenty of options in between. The flexible furniture means we can switch from U-shaped layouts for training days to classroom setups for workshops in about 15 minutes. Our regular clients particularly appreciate this versatility when they book multi-day events with different session types. The soft beige walls and modern carpeting might sound ordinary, but they create exactly the right backdrop for focused work without distractions. We keep the temperature comfortable year-round with air conditioning, and yes, the Wi-Fi actually works reliably throughout the room, even when everyone's devices are connected. Your LCD projector and screen are ready to go, with all the connection cables you'll need already in place. We provide flipcharts, notepads and pencils as standard, plus water to keep everyone hydrated. The ergonomic chairs make a real difference during longer sessions, something our repeat customers often mention. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're minutes from Central Station and Lime Street Station, with Liverpool ONE bus station equally close. Your attendees can grab coffee at Liverpool ONE shopping centre during breaks, and the ACC Convention Centre is just around the corner if anyone's combining meetings with events there. The venue was clean and easy to find.
The room we were setup in had a faulty HDMI connection so the projector could not be used. Given that there are 10+ rooms and we were the only group with a booking - why were we setup in this room?
