The De Montford Meeting Room catches your attention the moment you enter with its striking blue accent wall and flood of natural light from the large windows overlooking Henley-in-Arden's High Street. We've designed this space to seat 10 people comfortably around our boardroom table, where local businesses regularly gather for everything from strategy sessions to client presentations and training workshops. Your team will find all the technology they need already set up and ready to use. The flatscreen TV connects easily to laptops for presentations, while the projector gives you flexibility for larger visual displays. We keep a whiteboard and flipchart in the room too, which our regular clients tell us works brilliantly for mapping out ideas during brainstorming sessions. The high-speed Wi-Fi handles video calls without any lag, something our tech companies particularly appreciate. The ergonomic chairs make those longer meetings much more bearable, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round. When you need a break, our kitchen facilities are just down the corridor, where you can prepare refreshments or grab a coffee. Many groups use our breakout space to continue conversations more informally, and we're always happy to arrange tea, coffee, and biscuits throughout your booking. Getting here couldn't be simpler. The train station sits just a few minutes' walk away, Junction 16 of the M40 is only a mile from our door, and Birmingham International Airport is an eight-mile drive for international colleagues. We provide complimentary on-site parking, though there's also pay-and-display directly opposite if you need extra spaces. The entire building has wheelchair access, and our customer service team stays on-site throughout your meeting to help with any technical needs or last-minute requests.
