The acoustics in here are particularly good, which means everyone can hear clearly even when the room is at full capacity. Our flexible layout transforms easily between configurations. Set up classroom-style for 120 delegates when you need writing space, arrange cabaret seating for 160 to encourage group discussions, or maximise attendance with theatre seating for 200. For networking events and receptions, we can accommodate up to 250 guests comfortably. The suite opens directly onto our carpeted corridor, giving your attendees easy access to break-out areas and refreshment stations. During coffee breaks, delegates often appreciate the quiet corners throughout our venue where they can make calls or catch up on emails. Our location just off the M4/M5 junction means your attendees won't struggle with directions, and we've got plenty of parking spaces available.
