We've equipped this contemporary space with dropdown projectors and specialist lighting that adapts to whatever you're presenting. The built-in air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, while our 3-phase power supply handles any technical requirements your event might need. Natural light fills the room throughout the day, though we can adjust the atmosphere with our lighting system when needed. The space works beautifully for different group sizes and setups. We regularly arrange it boardroom-style for up to 60 delegates, classroom configuration for 90, or theatre-style when hosting presentations for up to 200 attendees. U-shaped layouts work well for 60 participants, while cabaret style accommodates 90. For evening receptions, we can welcome 200 guests, and yes, there's a built-in dance floor and private bar for when business turns to celebration. Our location, just 5 minutes from Edinburgh Airport and 20 minutes from the city centre, means your attendees won't spend their morning battling traffic.
