Our Boardroom brings together Edinburgh's Georgian elegance with everything your meetings need to succeed. Twelve people can gather comfortably around the white conference table, settling into the black leather chairs that make even lengthy strategy sessions feel less taxing. Natural light pours through the large windows, giving you glimpses of Charlotte Square's historic architecture while you work. The room catches your attention with its blue accent wall and decorative fireplace, while contemporary artwork adds unexpected bursts of colour throughout the space. Those distinctive pendant lights overhead create just the right atmosphere when the Edinburgh light starts to fade. For presentations, we've mounted a 55" TV on the wall, and you'll find both a flipchart and whiteboard ready for brainstorming sessions. The high-speed internet connection keeps everyone connected, whether you're video conferencing with remote colleagues or sharing large files. We'll have complimentary tea, coffee, and water waiting for you, just mention it when you book. The space works particularly well for board meetings, team strategy sessions, or client presentations where you need a professional setting without the stuffiness. Our venue sits just off Charlotte Square, so your attendees can easily walk from George Street or Princes Street. After your meeting, Edinburgh's best cafes and restaurants are right on your doorstep.
