Our most popular setup features the large central table in boardroom style for 15 delegates, though we regularly reconfigure for classroom sessions hosting 16 participants or theatre-style presentations for up to 35 attendees. The U-shaped arrangement works particularly well for training sessions, comfortably seating 14 people with clear sightlines to presentations. The deep blue upholstered chairs with wooden accents complement the room's refined aesthetic, while the polished table reflects the natural light beautifully during daytime meetings. We've noticed how the space transforms throughout the day, from bright morning strategy sessions to more intimate afternoon workshops. For private dining events, we can accommodate 18 guests around the table, complete with fine glassware and cutlery settings.
