We've set up this mid-sized space to handle everything from strategic planning sessions to training workshops, with room for 30 people in theatre style or 20 around the boardroom table. The room has character, something you don't always find in meeting spaces. Those red-cushioned chairs are genuinely comfortable for long sessions, and the colourful artwork on the walls adds energy without being distracting. Natural light works alongside the overhead lighting to keep everyone alert and engaged throughout the day. We've equipped the room with all the practical bits: a large screen for presentations, whiteboard for brainstorming, and flipchart for capturing ideas. The Wi-Fi never lets us down, which matters when you're screen-sharing or pulling up documents mid-discussion. If you need to bring remote colleagues into the conversation, we offer a Logitech Conference Camera as a free add-on, making hybrid meetings straightforward. Getting here couldn't be easier. We're just minutes from Edinburgh city centre with plenty of parking both on-site and on the street. Your attendees can hop on public transport or drive, whatever works best for them. Once they arrive, our team will point them in the right direction (the building can be a bit of a maze, as one happy customer noted, though they loved the comfortable setup once they found us). You're welcome to bring in your own caterers if you have specific requirements, or we can arrange refreshments for you. Every booking here supports local community projects, which adds something meaningful to your day beyond just ticking off agenda items.
