Our Willow Room catches the morning sun through its generous window, bringing the South Gloucestershire countryside right into your meeting. This first-floor space measures 4.9 by 4.25 metres, creating exactly the right atmosphere for focused boardroom discussions with up to six people, or slightly larger presentations for eight in theatre style. The built-in plasma screen sits ready for your presentations, while the wooden table and comfortable black chairs create a workspace that feels professional without being stuffy. We've found the room works particularly well for strategy sessions where teams need to concentrate - the view across our grounds gives everyone's eyes somewhere pleasant to rest during those thinking moments. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving on warmer days, though most groups appreciate how the natural light keeps energy levels up throughout long sessions. What makes Willow particularly useful is the interconnecting door to our Cedar Suite. When larger conferences book both spaces, Willow becomes the perfect breakout room for smaller group work. Several clients use it as their "war room" during multi-day events, spreading materials across the table and coming back to regroup between main sessions. The first-floor location via stairs means you won't have people wandering past during sensitive discussions. The neutral décor lets you focus on the work at hand, while the window view reminds everyone there's a world beyond spreadsheets and PowerPoints. Coffee breaks happen just downstairs at The Brasserie, or we can arrange refreshments delivered directly to the room if you're mid-flow and don't want to break concentration. For those early starts or late finishes, our 68 guest rooms include Superior options with proper coffee machines. Some even open onto the gardens - ideal when you need a quiet moment before presenting.
