Our oak-paneled Geddes Room offers something quite special for your next meeting or seminar. Rich wood paneling wraps around the space, while an original fireplace anchors one wall, creating an atmosphere that encourages focused discussion and creative thinking. Above, ornate ceiling moldings and a period chandelier remind you that you're meeting in a 200-year-old mansion, not just another conference facility. Through the tall windows, you'll catch views of our mature gardens throughout the day, with natural light shifting across the wooden floors as your sessions progress. We find this connection to the outdoors helps keep energy levels high, especially during longer meetings. The room comfortably seats 30 around our boardroom table, or we can arrange theatre-style seating for up to 50 delegates when you need a presentation format. Everything you need for a productive meeting comes as standard. We've installed an LCD projector and screen that work seamlessly with your devices, and our Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the room. The high ceilings mean excellent acoustics for presentations, while the intimate scale keeps discussions feeling connected and engaged. Getting your team here couldn't be simpler. We're just outside Edinburgh city centre with regular bus services stopping nearby, and everyone gets complimentary parking in our grounds. Some groups like to arrive early or stay afterwards to explore the zoo gardens, which certainly makes for a more memorable meeting experience than the usual hotel conference room.
