The Boardroom serves as one of our more intimate meeting spaces, with its long wooden table creating the perfect environment for focused discussions among up to 15 colleagues. Natural light fills the room through our large windows, those same triple-glazed ones that keep the space completely quiet despite our proximity to the airport terminal. We've arranged sleek modern chairs around the elegant wooden table, creating a professional setting that still feels welcoming. The black-and-white artwork on the walls adds character without distraction, while the lighting strikes just the right balance, bright enough for note-taking but soft enough to avoid fatigue during longer sessions. For presentations, you'll find an LCD screen mounted where everyone can see it clearly, and we keep a flipchart ready for those moments when ideas need to flow freely. The room's electrical sockets are positioned conveniently around the space, so laptops and devices stay powered throughout your meeting. Air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature year-round, something particularly appreciated during summer strategy sessions. The Boardroom works brilliantly for board meetings, obviously, but we also see it used regularly for management team discussions, client presentations, and training sessions for smaller groups. When configured theatre-style, we can accommodate 12 delegates, though most groups prefer the traditional boardroom layout for the interaction it encourages. Being so close to the airport terminal means international colleagues can join meetings with minimal travel time, while those arriving by car find us just off the major motorways. East Midlands Parkway station connects us to the rail network too. Between sessions, your team might grab coffee from our bar, or if you're staying overnight, take advantage of the pool and gym facilities to unwind after a productive day.
