The Chairman's Suite sits tucked away in our stadium's executive level, where directors and board members gather on match days. During the week, we open this recently refurbished space to businesses looking for something beyond the usual hotel meeting room. Those video walls that display team formations on Saturdays? They're yours for presentations, product demos, or training videos. Natural light pours through the windows throughout the day, keeping everyone alert during those longer sessions. We've configured this room dozens of different ways - boardroom style for 22 when you need everyone around one table, theatre layout for 40 when you're presenting to larger groups, or banquet setup for 30 if you're combining your meeting with lunch or dinner. The built-in PA system means no fiddling with portable microphones or speakers. The neutral décor works particularly well for training courses and workshops. We often see companies book the suite for strategy sessions or team briefings, taking advantage of the flexible layout options. Set up U-shaped for 17 participants, everyone can see each other and the presentation screen clearly. For more interactive sessions, cabaret style accommodates 24 people at round tables, perfect for breakout discussions. Our catering team delivers directly to the suite, whether that's working lunches, coffee breaks, or three-course dinners. The space connects easily with our Boardroom next door if you need additional breakout space or want to split larger groups.
