The Astor Pavilion sits bathed in natural light from its floor-to-ceiling windows, transforming your meetings into something more productive than the usual conference room experience. We've designed this space to work hard for groups of all sizes, from intimate board meetings of 30 to theatre-style presentations for up to 100 delegates. Walking into the pavilion, you'll notice how the high ceilings and neutral walls create an atmosphere that keeps people alert without feeling boxed in. Our blue chairs and light wooden tables might look simple, but they're chosen specifically for comfort during those long strategy sessions. We can arrange them in whatever configuration works best, whether that's classroom rows for 50, cabaret rounds for 60, or a U-shape setup for 30 participants who need to see each other clearly. The technical setup includes everything you'd expect: high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works when everyone's logged on, a reliable projector and screen, plus a PA system that means your presenter won't need to shout. We keep flipcharts handy for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. Our venue's kitchen facilities mean proper catering is always an option. Whether your team needs working lunches, coffee breaks, or something more substantial, we can accommodate dietary requirements including halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options. You're welcome to bring your own catering too if you prefer. The Maidstone location puts you within easy reach of transport links, and we've got plenty of parking spaces right outside. The building is fully wheelchair accessible throughout. Being surrounded by the North Downs gives everyone a chance to step outside for some fresh air between sessions, which we've found makes afternoon sessions far more productive.
