Suite 8 sits on our upper floors, where natural light pours through the windows and creates exactly the kind of atmosphere our business clients tell us helps their teams stay focused. We've arranged this space to hold 32 people theatre-style, though we regularly reconfigure it for different needs, from classroom layouts for 16 to boardroom discussions for 20. The projector screen at the front of the room gets plenty of use during presentations, while the flip chart stays popular with teams who prefer mapping out ideas the traditional way. We keep the chairs, upholstered in practical black fabric, comfortable enough for those all-day strategy sessions that seem to run longer than planned. The neutral colour scheme throughout Suite 8 was chosen deliberately, creating a backdrop that won't distract from your content or discussions. What works particularly well about this room is its flexibility. Yesterday we had it set up U-shaped for 18 people running a training workshop, today it's in boardroom formation for a quarterly review, and tomorrow we're switching to banquet rounds for a team planning session. Our conference executive handles these transformations, along with ensuring your tech connects properly and the flip chart has fresh markers. During breaks, your delegates typically head downstairs to our ground-floor spaces. Some grab coffee from the restaurant area, others prefer stretching their legs in the bar where the mix of seating options gives everyone a spot that suits them. For working lunches, we bring everything up to your floor, keeping the momentum going without the trek downstairs.
