We've designed this 17.3m x 12.1m space to function as its own private venue within our venue, complete with a dedicated entrance that means your delegates won't cross paths with other hotel guests. Step inside and you'll find everything runs through your own foyer, where registration desks naturally fit and attendees can gather before sessions begin. The main room accommodates up to 180 people theatre-style, though we often arrange it cabaret-style with round tables for 130 when clients want more interaction between delegates. Our recent refurbishment brought in local Gloucestershire artwork alongside bespoke crystal chandeliers, creating a professional atmosphere that still feels connected to the Cotswolds setting outside. Your booking includes all the audio-visual equipment already installed in the suite, from projection systems to wireless microphones. The private bar means coffee breaks happen right here, no wandering through corridors required. We've included a proper cloakroom too, so winter coats and bags don't pile up on spare chairs. The dance floor might seem unexpected for a meeting space, but it transforms beautifully for awards ceremonies or team celebrations after the formal sessions end. Full wheelchair accessibility runs throughout, from the private entrance to the facilities. While the suite doesn't have windows, our lighting design keeps the space bright and energetic through long conference days. The self-contained toilets mean no queuing with hotel guests during breaks. For smaller boardroom sessions, we configure the space for 40 people, or set it classroom-style for 80 when training sessions need individual desks. U-shaped layouts work perfectly for 40-person strategy meetings where everyone needs clear sightlines. The 12-acre parkland surrounding our Georgian building provides plenty of space for delegates to clear their heads between sessions.
