The St Swithins Suite opens directly onto our terrace, where the morning light streams through floor-to-ceiling windows and fills the wooden-floored space with warmth. We've hosted everything from board meetings to product launches in this adaptable room, and the feedback always mentions how the views across our golf course help delegates think more clearly. With space for up to 120 guests, we can arrange the suite however works best for your meeting. Round tables for 120 at a banquet-style conference dinner, theatre seating for the same number during presentations, or a more intimate boardroom setup for 40 when you need focused discussion. The built-in bar means coffee breaks happen without anyone having to leave the room, and when we set up U-shaped seating for 60, there's still plenty of space for breakout discussions by the windows. Our venue sits just off Junction 17 of the M5 in Almondsbury, with parking for over 150 cars right outside. The chandeliers overhead add character without being distracting, and we keep the neutral colour scheme simple so your presentations take centre stage. During warmer months, delegates often step onto the terrace during breaks, and the fresh air seems to help when they return to afternoon sessions. The room's dance floor might seem unusual for a meeting space, but we've found it works brilliantly for team-building activities or when corporate events transition into evening receptions. WiFi coverage is strong throughout, and the natural acoustics mean everyone can hear clearly whether you're presenting from the front or contributing from the back row. For classroom-style training days, we can accommodate 80 with proper desk space for laptops and materials.
