The Craner Room brings together everything you need for productive meetings in one thoughtfully designed space. Rich red carpets with circular motifs complement the plush chairs, creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and welcoming for your team gatherings or client presentations. We've arranged this room to be genuinely flexible, accommodating up to 24 delegates in theatre style, or creating more intimate settings with 16 around our boardroom table. For training sessions, the classroom layout works brilliantly for 12 participants, while banquet style suits 20 guests when you're combining meetings with dining. The U-shaped configuration for 14 creates that collaborative environment many of our clients prefer for workshops. Natural light streams through our triple-glazed windows throughout the day, keeping the space bright without any airport noise disturbing your discussions. We've installed an LCD projector and screen as standard, along with flip-charts and stationery, so your presentations flow smoothly from start to finish. The complimentary Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, whether they're sharing documents or joining remote colleagues via video call. Our venue sits just a short walk from the airport terminal, making it remarkably convenient when you're bringing together teams from different locations. The East Midlands Parkway station and major motorways are close by too, giving your delegates multiple travel options.
