Our Main Studio transforms from intimate boardroom meetings to full-scale conferences with the same ease you'd rearrange furniture in your living room. This generous space welcomes up to 80 people theatre-style, though many teams prefer our classroom setup for 60 when they need everyone taking notes and engaging with presentations. Art from local creators brings personality to the walls, while skylights overhead flood the room with natural light throughout the day. We've positioned blue chairs that add a splash of colour against the neutral walls, creating a professional atmosphere that never feels corporate or stuffy. The high ceilings give everyone room to breathe, particularly helpful during those longer training sessions or intensive workshops. Technology sits ready but unobtrusive, with our large screen projector and built-in PA system handling everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences. We keep Apple TV connected for wireless presenting, so you won't waste time hunting for cables or adapters. When clients need advanced features, we bring in our OWL presentation system, though most find our standard setup covers everything they need. Flipcharts and pens wait in the corner for brainstorming sessions. The space adapts remarkably well to different formats. We regularly reconfigure from U-shaped layouts for 50-person leadership meetings to cabaret style for 60 when teams need to work in smaller groups. Some clients even use the full 90-person reception capacity for networking events after their main session.
