We've carefully preserved the character of this space while ensuring it meets every modern business need. Around the polished wooden table, fourteen plush upholstered chairs await your team in our standard boardroom setup, though we can reconfigure the room to accommodate up to 30 guests theatre-style or 24 in classroom formation. The patterned carpet and warm neutral tones create an atmosphere that's professional without feeling sterile, while natural daylight fills the space throughout the day. We maintain year-round comfort with air conditioning, and you'll find fresh notepads, pens and water already in place when you arrive. The room works particularly well for strategy sessions, board meetings, training workshops or small presentations. For larger groups, we can arrange U-shaped seating for 11 or cabaret style for 16, depending on your requirements. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with the M3 providing direct access and free parking available for all attendees. We're just 18 miles from Reading and 32 miles from Southampton, making us convenient for teams travelling from different locations. During breaks, your colleagues can stretch their legs in our manicured gardens or grab refreshments in our two AA Rosette restaurant. The room takes its name from Lord Bolton, who owned the nearby Hackwood Park estate and was a frequent visitor to our Victorian mansion in its early days.
