The Bridge Room combines Victorian character with everything you need for productive meetings in Haywards Heath. Oak-panelled walls and a traditional chandelier create an atmosphere that feels both professional and welcoming, while large windows bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day. We've designed this 7.5 by 5.2 metre space to adapt to your meeting needs. For presentations, the theatre-style arrangement accommodates up to 45 delegates in plush blue chairs. Prefer a more collaborative setup? We can configure the room as a classroom for 20 participants, create a U-shaped layout for 20 people perfect for training sessions, or welcome up to 40 guests for a standing reception. The boardroom arrangement also seats 20 comfortably for more formal discussions. Your meeting runs smoothly with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the room, and we provide note-pads, pens and bottled water for all attendees. Audio-visual equipment is available to rent when you need projection capabilities or sound systems for presentations. Our team remains on hand to assist with any technical requirements that arise during your event. Between Gatwick Airport and Brighton, our venue offers convenient access from multiple directions, with free on-site parking removing any concerns about where attendees will leave their cars. The restored Victorian features, from the original woodwork to the period windows, provide a distinctive backdrop that sets your meeting apart from standard conference rooms.
