Our Bradbury Suite welcomes up to 16 colleagues around its U-shaped table configuration, with space for 24 when you need a more dynamic standing format. We've arranged sleek white tables in a practical U-shape, paired with comfortable wheeled chairs that make it easy for participants to shift between group work and presentations. The wall-mounted LED screen connects seamlessly with your devices via HDMI, while our flipchart stands ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. The refreshment station at the back of the room keeps everyone focused, with water bottles readily available and our coffee machine providing that essential caffeine boost throughout your session. This thoughtful setup means you won't need to interrupt the flow of your meeting when someone needs a quick refresh. Finding us couldn't be simpler, positioned right off the M275 with plenty of free parking spaces available for your attendees. Our reception team will greet your guests and direct them straight to the Bradbury Suite, or they can wait in our welcoming reception area with a complimentary coffee. The room adapts brilliantly to different meeting formats. We regularly host training workshops with 10 participants in classroom style, board meetings for 16, or theatre-style presentations. For more interactive sessions like team briefings or networking events, the space accommodates 24 people standing comfortably. Our venue operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, though we can arrange access outside these hours with security fobs when required. The on-site café serves breakfast and lunch, providing convenient options for all-day sessions or working lunches between meetings.
