The Warington Suite combines functionality with comfort in a ground floor space that works perfectly for focused business meetings. Natural light fills the room through large windows overlooking our campus grounds, creating an atmosphere that keeps delegates energised throughout the day. We've arranged the space around a substantial wooden conference table that seats 18 comfortably in boardroom configuration. The ergonomic chairs support longer sessions, while the clean, uncluttered design helps maintain concentration. For larger presentations, we can reconfigure the room to accommodate 60 delegates in theatre style, or create U-shaped and classroom layouts for 18 participants when you need more interactive formats. Our technical setup includes dual screens mounted for clear visibility from every seat, integrated video conferencing with camera systems, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The projector, flatscreen TV, whiteboard and flipchart give you multiple presentation options, whether you're running training workshops, strategy sessions or client meetings. Everything connects seamlessly, so you can focus on your content rather than the technology. The room's position on the ground floor provides easy access for all attendees, with our 300 parking spaces just outside. Harpenden station lies minutes away with direct trains to St Pancras, while London Luton Airport is a 20-minute drive. The A1M, M25 and M1 motorways all offer straightforward routes to our venue. Between sessions, delegates can step outside to the campus grounds or use the adjacent areas as informal breakout spaces.
