We can arrange it boardroom-style for 16, perfect when everyone needs to see each other clearly. For presentations, theatre layout fits 30 comfortably, with proper sightlines to the AV setup. If you're planning a working lunch or dinner meeting, we seat 18 at round tables, or squeeze in 35 for informal networking with drinks. Being in Meriden village puts you eight minutes from Birmingham International Airport, handy for those flying in for the day. The NEC sits practically next door, which our regular exhibition visitors particularly appreciate. There's plenty of parking right outside, so nobody's circling the block looking for spaces.
