Our events space works brilliantly for workshops that need both presentation capabilities and breakout discussions. The room comfortably seats 20 people around tables for boardroom-style meetings, or we can arrange theatre seating for up to 35 attendees when you need a more formal conference setup. The original chapel's archway windows fill the space with natural light throughout the day, which keeps energy levels high during long sessions. We've installed a projector with HDMI connectivity for presentations, and there's a full-wall whiteboard that gets plenty of use during strategy workshops and collaborative planning sessions. Our super-fast Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat, whether your attendees are following along on laptops or joining remotely. What makes this space particularly effective is its flexibility. We regularly reconfigure the modern tables and chairs to match different event formats, from U-shape arrangements for training sessions to small group clusters for interactive workshops. The comfortable sofa area in one corner creates a natural spot for informal conversations during breaks or smaller breakout discussions. You'll find us on Whiteladies Road with easy access to public transport, making it convenient for attendees coming from across Bristol. The mezzanine location gives the room a sense of separation from the co-working areas above, helping maintain focus during important sessions. For refreshments, we provide complimentary tea and coffee, and our Gloucester Road outlet can arrange sustainable catering options from morning pastries to full lunch buffets with advance notice. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking. The space is available for bookings from 8am to 5pm on weekdays.
