The Boardroom sits high on the third floor of the Billy Wright Stand, where split-level wooden floors create distinct zones for different parts of your meeting. We've configured this space countless times for board meetings, and the natural light streaming through those large windows always gets positive comments from our corporate clients. The outdoor seating area, accessed directly from the room, gives your delegates somewhere to step out during coffee breaks, particularly appreciated during longer strategy sessions. We can arrange the room for 24 people boardroom style, which works brilliantly for executive meetings, or theatre layout for presentations to 45 delegates. The U-shaped configuration seats 20 comfortably, perfect for training workshops where everyone needs clear sightlines to the presenter. For working lunches or small team celebrations, we set up banquet style for 40, though we can accommodate up to 100 for standing receptions if you're planning an evening networking event. Our AV team will set up the projector and screens before you arrive, connecting everything to ensure your presentations run smoothly. The PA system works well for larger groups, and we've got reliable Wi-Fi throughout. Two private bars mean refreshment breaks happen efficiently without your delegates queuing, though we typically keep these as coffee and soft drink stations during daytime meetings. The venue sits just half a mile from Wolverhampton Central Station, making it convenient for delegates traveling by train. Those driving find us easily, just five miles from Junction 10 of the M6, with plenty of free parking spaces available. Our catering team prepares everything fresh on-site, accommodating halal, vegan and gluten-free requirements with advance notice.
