At 6 metres by 4.9 metres, this space strikes the right balance between intimate and roomy, accommodating anywhere from 14 people around a boardroom table to 28 in theatre-style rows. We've kept the décor purposefully clean and modern, with neutral tones and sleek black chairs that work well whether you're running a strategy session or conducting interviews. The built-in plasma screen means you won't need to wrestle with portable projectors, and we keep a flipchart ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. The minimalist carpet and uncluttered walls help maintain focus during long sessions. From up here, you get a proper view across the South Gloucestershire countryside, which tends to make afternoon sessions more bearable. The natural light really does make a difference, especially during those all-day workshops where artificial lighting can leave everyone feeling drained. When you need a break, The Brasserie downstairs serves proper coffee and meals, not just the usual meeting room biscuits, though we can arrange those too if that's what works for your budget. We regularly switch between boardroom layout for management meetings, U-shape for training sessions with 18 participants, classroom style for presentations, or banquet rounds when teams need to work on group exercises. High-speed Wi-Fi reaches every corner, so remote participants can join without the usual connection headaches. Access is via stairs to the first floor, which keeps things quieter away from the main reception traffic.
